Any registered voter may apply for a mail-in ballot in Pennsylvania.
How to Fill Out & Return Your Ballot
Absentee and mail-in ballots must be received by 8pm on November 5, 2024 by the county election board. Postmark dates do not count! If you are too late to mail, there are secure ballot drop-off boxes - contact the County Elections Office for locations: 717-261-3886.
