Mail

Any registered voter may apply for a mail-in ballot in Pennsylvania.

Apply (or Re-apply) to Vote by Mail

Application must be received by the county office before 4:30pm on October 31, 2023 (postmark date does not count). Only registered voters can submit an application to vote by mail. **You must RE-APPLY EACH YEAR to receive a mail-in ballot.**

How to Fill Out & Return Your Ballot

Absentee and mail-in ballots must be received by 8pm on November 7, 2023 by the county election board. Postmark dates do not count! 

Track Your Ballot

Mail-in or Absentee Ballot status can be tracked simply fill out the election ballot status form (not for in-person election day ballots).
